Visitor Visa Application Details:

  1. Copies of passport’s front, back, all stamped (used) pages and previous passport copies (if available)
  2. Completely filled and signed family details sheet
  3. Studio clicked soft copy of photograph with white background and face close up
  4. Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
  5. Invitation letter with the complete address and the contact details of Inviting person
  6. Completely filled and signed sponsorship form 1025 (if sponsored)
  7. Passport and valid resident permit copy of the Inviting person
  8. Online net banking latest personal bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three year
  9. Return air ticket, hotel reservation vouchers and day to day itinerary (recommended)


If Self Employed / Business

  1. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
  2. Company’s original latest bank statement for the last 6 months and ITR of last three years


If Employed / Service person

  1. No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
  2. Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer


If Student

  1. Leave sanction letter from the School / Institute, if closed then letter stating that
  2. School / Institute ID card copy
Visa Fee NZ$ 441 for primary applicant online through card credit Card
Family Application Fee NZ$ 100 per person online through card credit Card
Processing Time 2 – 3 weeks

Please note :

  1. Minor traveling alone or accompanied by one parent shall provide a notarized NOC by the not traveling parent, plus copies of parents passports or signature ID proof
  2. The passport should be atleast six months valid from the date of intended travel
  3. As this is an international transaction, the Bank’s Foreign Mark Up charges are applicable of around 5 %
