Visitor Visa Application Details:

1. Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2. Completely filled, signed and uploaded documents in the online visa application form at https://scedv.serpro.gov.br/frscedv/index.jsp (with the clear bar code page copy required)
3. 2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
4. Original covering letter addressing the Embassy of Brazil in detail, mentioning the passport detaild and the purpose of travel
5. Original notarized invitation letter from the counterpart in Brazil in Portuguese language with the complete details of applicant and the purpose of travel
6. Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
7. Latest original personal bank statement for the last 6 months (i.e. bank’s stamp on every page)
8. Personal Income tax return of last three years
9. Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
10. Return air ticket itinerary
11. Credit card copy and visiting card of the applicant

Please note :

1. Online form filling charges is INR 500/- if applicable
2. Yellow fever certificate is required at the time of travel
3. The only method of payment currently accepted by the Embassy is Bank transfer or deposit in the below mentioned Embassy’s Bank account, The applicants name must be entered in the narration of transfer and it must reflect in the bank account of applicant
