Visitor Visa Application Details:
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel
- Online visa application Form https://www.visaforchina.cn/#/nav/system
- 1 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up
- Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letterhead stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel and must include the profile of the applicant’s work in company, year of establishment, business profile, number of employees, etc
- Invitation letter dually signed with the complete address and the contact details of the Inviting person
- Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
- Original latest personal bank statement of last six months with minimum balance of Rs. 1.5 lacs / per applicant dually signed and sealed by bank (mandatory)
- Return air ticket itinerary
- Original bank certificate issued from the bank on their letter head duly signed with bank seal
- 2 documents to confirm the relationship with the inviting person (if blood relative)
- Day to day itinerary (if the inviting person is not a blood relative)
