Tourist Visa Application Details:
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and minimum 2 blank pages for the visa stamping along with the original previous passport (if any)
- Completely filled, signed and documents uploaded in the online visa application form at https://portalmre.rree.gob.bo/formvisas/
- 4 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
- Covering letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
- Hotel reservation voucher
- Original personal bank statement for last 3 months
- Original yellow fever certificate
- Original Police Clearance Certificate issued from Passport office
- Return air ticket
If Self Employed / Business
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
- Company’s original latest bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stmped by the bank and ITR of last three years
If Employed / Service person
- No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
- Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer
- Original latest personal salaried bank statement for the last 6 months dually signed and stamped by the bank

Please note :
- Applicants personal visit is mandatory at the time of submission
- The covering letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to “The Visa Officer, Embassy of Plurinational State of Bolivia, New Delh”
