Tourist Visa Application Details:
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
- Passports details pages attested by the Gazatted Officer
- Completely filled and signed visa application form
- 2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
- Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation, the purpose of travel and the mobile number from the applicant
- Confirmed return air tickets and the day to day itinerary
- Accomodation confirmation from botswana / the hotel reservation voucher
- Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last two years
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
- Credit card copyof the applicant
