Visitor Visa Application Details:

1.   Original passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel and atleast 2 blank pages along with the original previous passport (if any)
2.   Passports details pages attested by the Gazatted Officer
3.   Completely filled and signed visa application form
4.   2 latest passport size white background photographs with face close up (do not staple the photograph)
5.   Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name, passport number, designation, the purpose of travel and the mobile number from the applicant
6.   Invitation letter from the host attested by Botswana Immigration Department or local Police Station, with the inviting persons mobile number
7.   Passport and valid residence permit copy of the Inviting person
8.   Profile of the Indian organization
9.   Confirmed return air tickets
10.   Accomodation confirmation from botswana / the hotel reservation voucher
11.   Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last two years
12.   Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner, Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor and salary slips of last 3 months in employed)
13.   Credit card copyof the applicant
