Business Visa Application Details:
- Copies of front, back and all stamped (used) pages of the passport and it should be atleast six months valid from the date of intended travel and previous passport copies (if available)
- Completely filled and signed family details sheet 54 and authorization form 956A
- 1 passport size white background photographs with face close up
- Covering letter from the applicant stating name, passport number and the purpose of travel
- Invitation letter from the counter part in Australia with complete address and the contact details
- Latest personal bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
- Aadhar card copy of the applicant
If Self Employed / Business
- Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
- Relationship proof with the company (i.e. MOA if Director, Partnership deed if Partner and Proprietorship certificate if Proprietor)
- Company’s latest Bank statement for the last 3 months and ITR of last three years
If Employed / Service person
- Covering letter on the company’s letter head stating name passport number, designation and the purpose of travel
- No objection certificate from the current Employer for the duration of travel
- Salary slip for the last three months / salary certificate from the Employer
Please note :
- Travel Insurance is required for the applicants above 75 Years
- Due to attachment size limitation, please arrange to send the maximum documents in original format, like bank statement from bank login and etc
- As this is an International transaction, so the Bank’s Foreign Mark up Charges are applicable of around 5%
